EULA - End User License Agreement

You may use the program on a single computer at one time.
You may not alter this software in any way.
You may not decompile or otherwise reduce this software to a human perceivable form.
You may not modify, rent or resell for profit, or create derivative works based upon this software.
You may not publicize or distribute any registration code information.
This License is not a sale of the TAGS Software or a sale of a copy of the TAGS Software.
VS retains title and ownership of the TAGS Software delivered by electronic medium or recorded on the original disk delivered to you and all copies made regardless of the form or media on or in which the original or any copy may exist.
VS is selling to you the physical media, if any, on which the TAGS Software is delivered and licensing you to use for limited purposes the TAGS Software.
VS retains all other rights in the TAGS Software and associated documentation delivered, in paper or electronic form, with the TAGS Software (the "Documentation").
